For larger project work drawings can be emailed through and our estimating department will work through each and every item ensuring that you are provided with a breakdown of exactly what is required and what our quote includes.
Site visits are often required to ensure every aspect of the project has been taken in to account and often alternative solutions can be offered. For small projects our team can quote from drawings, hand drawn sketches or verbal descriptions, but your quote will detail exactly what we will be providing.
Quotations for small projects can be instant whilst larger projects obviously take more time. Quotation response times are largely dependent on the type of project and whether or not a site visit is required. Response times are usually same day for small to medium projects and three to five days for large projects.
Quotations are sent by email or for small items a verbal quote will be provided. ‘Do and Charge’ is common for orders estimated to be under $500.00.
